First Aid

First Aid is an essential element of health and safety at work and a regulatory bar for employers to meet – this includes both physical First Aid and Mental Health First Aid.

We also offer e-learning courses for emergency first aid at work as well as other topics, along with in-person training days for those essential elements of first aid that must be taught via the ‘see, do’ method.

• Be legal and compliant with the Health and Safety (First-Aid) Regulations 1981 
• Be a confident first aider
• Gain first aid certification: Qualsafe (QA) Level 3 Award in Emergency First Aid at Work RQF (Regulated Quality Framework)
• Be a safe employer 

Your staff will learn how to: cope in an emergency, use epipens and defibrillators, maintain first aid supplies, keep accident records, gain the skills to highlight hazard hotspots and take steps to prevent accidents.  

This course is ideal for people in environments classed as ‘low/medium hazard’, such as workshops, offices, shops and libraries.
